Richie He

BIO

Richie He is an Assistant Manager of Business Advisory Services team in Guangzhou office, specializing in foreign direct investment consulting, labour-related legal matters and due diligence. He joined Dezan Shira & Associates in March 2018.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Richie worked for a major real estate company for three years, out of which he spent two years as an expatriate employee in Canada, where he worked closely with local law firms to help the company settle an acquisition project and monitor the its subsequent operation.

Richie graduated at Central South University and passed Chinese BAR exam in 2017, obtained the PRC Legal Profession Qualification Certificate.
