Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Tien gained extensive experience in location advisory, market analysis, and industry research while assisting Japanese conglomerates with their cross-border investments in Vietnam's real estate sector. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
