Junior Accounting Associate

职位概要 Job Summary

会计部顾问主要负责协助外商投资企业的设立以及其正常经营情况下的会计记账，报税及其它特定项目的会计及税务工作。

主要职责 （基本功能）Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)

• 协助会计完成客户的会计凭证输入以及基本财务报表的编制 Assist associate to prepare clients’ monthly vouchers and financial report;
• 在会计的指令下完成相关的银行支付，取单以及对账工作 Assist associate to prepare bank payment, collect bank slips and statement. Prepare bank reconciliation for clients’ monthly closing;
• 整理每月，每年的会计以及税务档案 Assist associate to filing monthly and yearly accounting and tax documents
• 协助会计完成月度的税务申报工作 Assist associate to processing monthly tax declaration including business tax, individual income tax, additional tax etc. for clients;
• 协助会计完成年度税务清算，年检工作 Assist associate processing annual tax filing and inspection for client
• 其他公司交办的工作 Other ad hoc assignments.

工作要求 Job Requirements

技能Skills

• 熟悉中国会计准则，及中国的税法知识 Excellent in Chinese GAAP and China tax law
• 可以在压力下工作 Be flexible enough to adapt to working under tight deadlines
• 良好的沟通和合作技巧、团队合作精神和优秀的学习能力 Good communication and coordination skills, self-organization, team spirit and good learning ability
• 良好的计算机能力，熟悉办公软件 Good computer skills, be familiar with office applications
• 良好的中英文口语及写作能力 Good spoken and written English and Mandarin

教育背景 Educational Background

• 会计专业，学士学位 Bachelor degree, Major in accounting is preferred
• 具有中华人民共和国注册会计师证或同等国外注册会计师证（如ACCA、AICPA）者优先 CICPA, ACCA, AICPA and other overseas certificates is a plus

经验 Experience

• 有1-2年会计相关工作经验者优先 More than 1-2 years working experience in auditing.
• 具有会计师事务所或咨询公司工作经验者优先 Working experience with international background CPA firms or consulting Company is highly preferred.

工作关系Working Relations

• 维持跨部门的关系，以解决客户的问题 Maintain good relations across departments to resolve client problems
• 有效沟通与内部和外部客户的关系 Effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
• 发展和沟通与主管的工作关系 Develop communication and working relationship with Supervisor
