2020 was tumultuous and game-changing for businesses everywhere. In particular, companies in Asia have had to deal with a large amount of uncertainty in 2020. The primary concern for governments in Asia has been aimed at battling Covid-19 and supporting the economy, however, governments across the region continued to pass legislation, sign agreements, and conduct negotiations that work toward their commitments to attract foreign direct investment.
