AIG Multinational Series: What keeps an Asia CFO awake at night?

Dezan Shira & Associates is pleased to announce that director, Chet Shceltema, will speak at the upcoming AIG Multinational Roadshow in Beijing. Chet will be presenting on the topic: "What keeps an Asia CFO awake at night?". He will cover the issues, challenges, problems and opportunities that CFOs will meet when they run their operations. The presentation will stress on the cultural differences, regulatory discrepancies and other issues that they will face.

Chet is a director in the Beijing office of Dezan Shira & Associates and is actively involved in global business development and management of client accounts.

Chet is a licensed attorney in California and the District of Columbia and has practiced law in global law firms in New York, Washington, Seattle, and San Diego. He has managed business transactions for multinational clients and focused in the areas of corporate finance, commercial transactions, technology, real estate, and securities litigation.

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Chet was Director of Property and Real Estate for China National Offshore Oil Company (CNOOC) in Beijing. Chet is a native of San Diego and holds a law degree (JD) from the University of Illinois, an MBA from Cambridge University, and a BA from San Diego State University.
