Chris Devonshire-Ellis, Founding Partner, to attend the APEC Annual CEO Summit

The APEC CEO Summit is the premier business event in the Asia-Pacific. The Summit’s theme of ‘Towards Resilience and Growth: Reshaping Priorities for Global Economy’ will provide enriching discussion by policy makers, business leaders and innovative thinkers on securing inclusive sustainable growth and achieving the aim of shared development and common prosperity for all.

The Summit program will be exceptional and will include the Presidents and Prime Ministers of the Asia Pacific, some of whom are new, CEOs of global corporations and thought leaders in a dynamic interactive format. Chris Devonshire-Ellis, Dezan Shira & Associates' Founding Partner, will be attending this summit. Continuing a 26-year career based in Asia, Chris ran Dezan Shira & Associates China operations from 1992-2009, and also established the firms India practice during this time. Chris is now based in Singapore. He is responsible for the development of the practice in Singapore and India, including provision of tax treaty and investment advice for foreign investors throughout the region, including American, European, Indian and Chinese companies looking to invest in China, India, ASEAN and emerging Asia. He is tax resident in Singapore but commutes regularly between the firm’s offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.
