CICC IP WG Web Meeting - Knowledge Sharing Web Event

The China Italy Chamber of Commerce IP Working Group (IPWG) is hosting a knowledge-sharing event on June 26th, 2018.

This is an opportunity to learn more about: 

• Introduction about IPRs enforcement methods in China and Guangdong's good practices;
• Focus on the IP Court's guidelines and lessons learnt from administrative and criminal actions conducted in the Guangdong region.

• 17:10- 17:30 Introduction about IPRs enforcement methods in China and Guangdong’s with focus on IP Courts guidelines
• 17:30 – 18:00 Magneti Marelli IP’s Counsel Key Note presentation
• 18:00 - 18:30 CICC IPWG Members’ presentations of case studies
• 18:30 – 19:00 Open Discussion and remarks

The event is web based accessible from pc and Mac, audio-video connection details will be shared separately. CICC Members in Guangdong will be offered the possibility to attend the event from the office of Dezan Shira Guangzhou, address: Suite 1005, 10/F, Tower B, Center Plaza, 161 Linhexi Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou

Participation to the event is open to CICC Members and all IP experts. This will represent an opportunity to exchange opinions on issues of common interest to Italian and Chinese IPR holders.

This event will follow Chatham House rules.
