Doing Business in China for NEOMA Business School EMBA Program

On May 10th, Dezan Shira & Associates' Shanghai Office will host EMBA students from NEOMA Business School for a seminar on doing business in China.

Regional Manager Chet Scheltema will provide an overview on doing business in China, covering strategic pre-entry considerations, legal structures available to foreign investors in China, China's tax regime, and common pitfalls and operational issues faced by foreign-invested companies in China.
