Global Payroll Management Forum

On May 16th, 2017, Dezan Shira & Associates' Human Resources Manager, Helen Kong, and Global Business Development Manager, Patrick Colligan, will attend the annual Global Payroll Management Forum in Orlando, Florida, representing the firm. The Forum will take place over four and a half days and bring together high level professionals in payroll, accounts payable, finance, HR, and benefits from all over the world.

Helen Kong will be leading a dedicated workshop on Day 1 discussing Payroll in China. This workshop will introduce China HR and payroll environment including its regulatory, regional, and cultural aspects. Helen will also provide deeper insights and practical approaches to hidden payroll costs, the peculiarity of the ‘Dangan’ and ‘Hukou’, and practical methods for IIT calculations, auto-deductions, and filing.
