Fabian Knopf will provide an overview of the business envrionment in three strategically important countries in relation to China: Myanmar, India, and Vietnam. For Myanmar, he will provide an economic overview of this new hyper-active market, and for Vietnam and India, the presentation will cover unique aspects of:

• Establishing and running a business (options for investment, how to establish a company)

• Tax and accounting issues (major taxes, compliance requirements)

• Human resource and payroll issues (how to hire workers, legal obligations towards workers)
