New Zealand China Trade Association Pluses and Pitfalls of Doing Business in China

Dezan Shira & Associates is pleased to announce that Richard Cant, Regional Director of the Shanghai and Yangtze River Delta offices, will give a presentation in association with the New Zealand China Trade Association (NZCTA). This presentation will include topics such as an advanced discussion of legal structures in China, China’s taxation system, and also touch on the booming e-commerce industry in China and the newly-opened Shanghai Free Trade Zone.

Richard, an Australian lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, has worked in business and commercial consulting both in Australia and China for the past 20 years. During this time he has amassed a huge wealth of business knowledge, especially in the areas of corporate accounting services and business advisory services in China and Hong Kong.
