Nuts and Bolts of Establishing a Company in China

At Peking University’s MBA Program in the Guanghau School of Management, Silke Neugebohrn, presents on the “Nuts and Bolts of Establishing a Company in China”. She discusses key aspects of the establishment process of foreign entities in China that investors often are unaware of, and briefly outlines selected trademark and employment issues that potentially create major challenges if not taken into account by foreign investors.
