Operational Excellence in China

Dezan Shira & Associates and PTL Group invite senior executives of international companies operating in China to attend an afternoon seminar dedicated to Operational Excellence in China.

For month prior to the event, PTL has been running an anonymous survey to find out the key factors affecting operational excellence of international companies in China. PTL will present survey findings and practical solutions to improve management of HR, logistics, finance, and operations. Dezan Shira & Associates will cover internal control and audit as well as fraud risk and fraud prevention in China. Key topics include reliability of financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
