Path to China Program: First Class

Kyle Freeman, International Business Advisory Manager with Dezan Shira’s Beijing office will participate in TechCode’s Path to China program, meeting with a delegation from Silicon Valley to discuss considerations for entry into the Chinese market. His presentation will cover:

• Pre-investment considerations
• Legal and tax structures for foreign investment in China
• IP protection
• High-tech tax incentives and application requirements in China

Fei Wang from Beijing Overseas Talents Center and Wei Sun from Beijing G&G International Human Capital Group Co. Ltd, will then discuss Beijing-specific high-tech incentives for overseas talents.
