Promoting Investment and Trade in SEZs

India is witnessing increasing interest to promote the export-oriented manufacturing sector through Economic Zones (EZs). SEZ is a specifically delineated duty-free enclave and shall be deemed to be foreign territory for the purposes of trade operations and duties and tariffs. Cognisant of the significance of this evolution, Exhibitions India Group are organising the first ever Global Economic Zones (GEZ) Expo & Convention 2019 is being held at The Ashok, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, India from 27 – 29 March 2019.
