Since the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone was launched last September, new regulations and clarifying documents have been released on a regular basis. This seminar will explore some of the key developments in the FTZ, their practical implications for companies operating within its borders, and whether a coherent picture of what the pilot Free Trade Zone stands for has emerged in the past year.
