Taxation and Accountancy: What SMEs should know for 2013-2014

Dezan Shira & Associates is proud to announce a presentation by Rosario Di Maggio, the business development manager for East China, on “Taxation and Accounting: What SMEs should know for 2013-2014” at the Changzhou International Managers Forum. The presentation will cover topics including dividend withholding tax, withholding tax on service payments, seconded employees, VAT reform and the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.

Rosario currently is based in the Shanghai Office of Dezan Shira & Associates and previously managed the Vietnam Dezan Shira & Associates office. He is now the Business Development manager for East China and is well versed in all matters of business throughout the region. His particular strengths include FDI structuring, cross border taxation and cross cultural management.
