Updates on Representative Office Regulations

The Chinese State Council recently issued new regulations to strengthen the administration of representative offices (ROs) of foreign enterprises (FEs) in China. The “Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Resident Representative Offices of Foreign Enterprises” issued on 19th November 2011 took effect on 1st March 2011. Mr. Zach Wortham and Mr. Rosario Di Maggio will share these updates with the audience and analyze the changes in the new provision accordingly.
