What are the consequences if the dissolution of the Vietnamese company is not completed within the time period given after the business certificate is revoked?

After the prescribed time period given to dissolve the company, the company will be deemed dissolved, and the business registration body will remove the company’s name from the company registry.

In this case, the legal owners or representatives of the company (the title may change according to the incorporated format, such as limited liability company, unlimited liability partnership and others) will become jointly liable for any existing debts or outstanding obligations that are still incumbent on the company.
