What is India’s eBiz Portal?

In a bid to improve the ease of doing business and ultimately the competitiveness of India’s economy, the Indian government has launched the eBiz Portal to integrate several government services into a single website to facilitate faster delivery of licenses, registrations and clearances for businesses. Available on this portal are diverse functionalities and services such as applying for required clearances via the portal, making electronic payments to process these applications and tracking the status of the applications online.
