Where are the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) applications processed?

Q&A

The vast majority of CCC applications are processed and evaluated by the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) under the auspices of the Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA), though certain classes of products are handled by separate agencies. For example, automotive parts are certified by the China Certification Center for Automotive Products (CCAP). Testing for CCC approval is carried out by a network of CNCA-accredited laboratories according to relevant Guobiao (GB) standards.
