For all Foreign Invested Enterprises (FIEs) in China, including Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises (WFOEs), Joint ventures (JVs) and Representative Offices (ROs), accounting work has to be in compliance with “Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises”(ASBEs), which we normally referred as “China GAAP” (General accepted accounting principle).
