BIO

Angela Ma works as a Senior Associate in the International Business Advisory team at Dezan Shira & Associates Beijing office. She advises clients on corporate structuring, taxation, China investments and general accounting matters. She also assists clients in structuring their market entry strategy, and advising on compliance issues for investing in China.

Angela earned both her bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance and master’s degree in international business from the University of Melbourne. She is also a qualified Australian CPA with more than five years of accounting and consulting experience in inbound and outbound investment structuring. She previously practiced in the specific areas of enterprise business management, cross-border investment project management, and general accounting and business administration.
