Rachel Xuan currently works as the manager of the Business Advisory Services team at Dezan Shira & Assoicates’ Beijing office. She is experienced in FDI, M&A and other commercial matters.
Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates in 2007, she worked in local law firms and multi-national companies for about 7 years advising clients in FDI, M&A, real estate, and franchising.
Rachel was awarded a LLB degree by Qingdao University in China and a LLM degree by Aberdeen University in Scotland, UK. Rachel also is a Chinese licensed attorney at law. She speaks fluent English and Chinese.
