Andrea Volpe

Mr. Andrea Volpe is a Chartered Accountant, registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Province of Udine. He is a former councillor of the Order of Chartered Accountants of the Province of Udine and currently serves as the President of the local Internationalisation Commission. Additionally, Andrea is a member of the Study Commission "Internationalisation of Enterprises and Relations with AICEC" under the National Council of Chartered Accountants of Italy.

Since 2014, Andrea has been the senior consultant for the Italian and German desks at Dezan Shira & Associates, where he oversees the firm’s liaison offices in Italy.

Andrea is also an active member of several local and national commissions and sits on the boards of various companies in Italy.

Since 2005, Mr. Volpe has specialized in supporting both Italian companies with internationalization projects in Asia and foreign companies investing in Europe, particularly in Italy, Austria, and Germany. He assists both MNCs and SMEs with planning, financing, company establishment, and management services in Italy and Asia. Andrea is particularly focused on helping foreign companies and individuals who have chosen, or are considering, Italy as their investment destination.

Some of his recent projects include:

• Studying the Chinese and Vietnamese manufacturing and distribution markets, visiting companies in sectors such as mechanical engineering, healthcare, and business services, assisting with business negotiations, and searching for suppliers and business partners.
• Organizing and participating in trade fairs for Italian companies, searching for distributors, studying commercial networks, and preparing commercial agreements.
• Assisting in the purchase of machine tools and equipment, handling contractual and customs issues.
• Helping select optimal locations for manufacturing and trading companies, verifying logistics networks, assessing tax advantages, understanding international trade treaties, recruiting staff, and supporting business start-ups.
• Establishing joint ventures between Asian and Italian companies, including holding companies in Hong Kong.
• Facilitating business disposals and M&A transactions.
• Setting up management control systems for Asian subsidiaries on behalf of Italian parent companies, creating internal procedures, and preparing economic reports according to European accounting standards.
• Providing international and cross-border tax consulting between Italy, China, and Hong Kong.
• Conducting transfer pricing analyses, including the preparation of Master Files and Country Files for intra-group transactions.
• Reorganizing Italian-registered holdings and foreign subsidiaries, redefining production and sales strategies, and reallocating production to other Asian countries (following the "China + 1" policy).
• Incorporating companies in Italy and Germany.
• Conducting distributor and business partner searches, marketing analysis, and sales network development in Europe.
• Assisting Austrian, Chinese, Czech, and German companies with their investments in Italy.
• Searching for real estate investment opportunities for individuals and companies in Italy.
