Andy Dong is the Assistant Manager of the Information Technology team at Dezan Shira & Associates, located in the Beijing office.
With over 10 years of IT experience, Andy's expertise includes Active Directory, server infrastructure development, network management, and helpdesk support. Prior to joining Dezan Shira, he worked as an IT Support Engineer at a state-owned company in China.
Andy holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Beijing Normal University and has certifications in Microsoft Azure deployment and management, as well as Microsoft 365 security.
