He is a Chartered Accountant, a commerce graduate, and holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration. Ankur has also earned key certifications, including ISO 31000, CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), and CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner).
In his current role as Country Director at Dezan Shira & Associates (DSA), India, Ankur is responsible for leading the firm’s operations in India. His expertise lies in advising multinational companies and global businesses investing in emerging markets across Asia - particularly in India.
Ankur has collaborated with a wide range of industries, including Technology, E-commerce, Automotive, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, and Infrastructure. He has helped businesses optimize their operations and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Throughout his career, Ankur has led numerous projects focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), empowering organizations to strengthen their internal controls, reduce costs, and enhance risk maturity.
