Cruisietta Kaylana is a Senior Associate of HR & Payroll Services at Dezan Shira & Associates, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She handles human resources administration, payroll processing, and income tax article 21. She is also providing payroll advisory in any form. 

Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, she had experience processing the payroll for several companies in Indonesia with different types of businesses in her role as a payroll specialist.  

Cruisietta holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Suryadarma University, Jakarta.
