BIO

Donfil Huang is the Manager for our Business Advisory Service team in the Guangzhou office and works on projects in South China. She joined Dezan Shira & Associates in February 2019, prior to which she spent three years as in-house general counsel for an international advertising firm.

Donfil graduated from the law school at Sun Yat-Sen University and subsequently worked at various law firms. Her 11-year work experience at these firms, combined with her role at the advertising company, has given Donfil an array of experience in diverse areas such as foreign investment laws, corporate law, contract laws, labor law, advertising law, and personal data protection laws.

Donfil specializes in international matters, such as Foreign Direct Investments, commercial transactions, commercial/labour disputes involving foreign companies/individuals, and foreign-invested corporate compliance.
