Jeffy Chong, an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, brings over 8 years of company secretarial experience to her role as Assistant Manager of Business Advisory Services in Dezan Shira & Associates’ Hong Kong office. In her current position, Jeffy is responsible for a wide range of secretarial duties, including company incorporation and de-registration, corporate registration changes, and group restructuring.
She holds a master’s degree in Corporate Governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
