BIO

Jennifer is a Partner who manages Dezan Shira & Associates Corporate Accounting Services in our Hong Kong office. Jennifer joined Dezan Shira in 2006 and has successfully built up a growing team of Hong Kong Corporate Accounting Services colleagues over this time. Her team provides a wide range of accounting and tax services for our Hong Kong corporate and individual clients. Jennifer also manages and improves the day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong office as well as works closely with our international offices over more complex structuring and tax matters.

Jennifer has a high level of experience in Chinese tax, cross-border transactions, and relocations between Mainland China and Hong Kong. Through Jennifer’s expertise, the Hong Kong team provides a full range of services including accounting, payroll, and tax compliance for corporate clients. Apart from administering the team projects, she also advises on structure planning and human resources compliance.

Jennifer holds a master’s degree from Keele University in the United Kingdom.
