Luy Doan (Đoàn Thị Yến Lũy) is the Assistant Manager for Tax at Dezan Shira & Associates, having joined the firm in March 2024.
With over seven years of experience in tax consulting, Luy brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Prior to joining Dezan Shira & Associates, she worked at EY Vietnam and PwC Vietnam, where she specialized in tax compliance, tax advisory services, tax audits (including periodic inspections, tax code closures for Representative Offices, and company dissolutions), VAT refunds, tax due diligence, and tax appeals for both corporate and individual clients.
Luy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Economics and Law and has earned a Chief Accountant Certificate from the Ministry of Finance.
