Monica Li is a Manager in Dezan Shira & Associates Beijing office and a member of the Business Advisory team. She provides professional legal services in various aspects, including but not limited to business investment advisory, contract drafting and reviewing, labor disputes solving, intellectual property protection suggestion, background check and due diligence service, registration, amendment, and de-registration of all business entities like ROs, WFOEs, JVs, Partnership Enterprises, as well as foreign loan related advisory, foreign expat’s visa issues handling, etc.

Monica has her Bachelor’s Degree of Art with a major in English and minor in Japanese/  She also gained the Legal Vocational Qualification Certificate and is a qualified lawyer.
