Neeraj is an Assistant Manager with the Business Advisory Services team in Delhi and carries an experience of over 8 years in the areas of Regulatory Compliances, Corporate Secretarial and legal. He is a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and postgraduate from Indira Gandhi University.

Neeraj’s areas of expertise include Corporate Advisory, Regulatory Compliances, foreign exchange Laws-RBI, FEMA matters, NBFC advisory. He regularly advises and assists various corporates and consulting firms in matters relating to corporate law and FEMA at the national and international levels.
