Nicole acts as Manager in the Group HR team at Dezan Shira & Associates’ Dalian Office. She primarily focuses on HR administration, personal income tax declaration, social security & monthly payroll processing for both of China and some oversea countries. 

Nicole joined Dezan Shira & Associates in 2013. She graduated from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics (DUFE) with a bachelor degree and also obtained an MBA from DUFE.
