Being a senior associate of our Hanoi Office’s Business Advisory Services team, with more than three years of experience in legal practice, Phuong actively provides legal advice to a wide range of foreign companies when investing in Vietnam.

She has experience in investment, taxes, labor, M&A, real estate, construction, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, and legal compliance. On top of that, investment, labor, and corporate restructuring are in a position of her strengths. Her mindset is always heading towards finding tailor-made solutions for clients not only from a legal perspective but also from a business perspective.

Phuong graduated from Hanoi Law University with, LL.B., and Lawyer Training Course. She is practicing for the Lawyer License.
