Tien Nguyen (Nguyễn Thùy Tiên) is an Associate of the Business Intelligence unit at Dezan Shira & Associates Vietnam. She specializes in advising foreign investors on business establishment and operations in the Vietnamese market, providing pre-market entry strategies, site selection, and market research on investment opportunities in Vietnam.

Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates, Tien gained extensive experience in location advisory, market analysis, and industry research while assisting Japanese conglomerates with their cross-border investments in Vietnam's real estate sector. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University.
