Dezan Shira & Associates are pleased to report another successful Client Seminar on March 24^th at our Suzhou Office: Resolving Labor Issues When Restructuring in China, and would like to thank all senior managers in attendance. Moderated by Dezan Shira’s Senior Associate Riccardo Benussi, a talk was given by Allan Xu on resolving labor issues in China and how businesses can restructure their operations in the country. Allan Xu is the Manager of the Business Advisory Team and is an expert in PRC labor law, dispute settlement, and has over six years of labor arbitration experience. During the event, popular issues such as dealing with labor dispatch agencies, how to transfer key employees to your new company, mass layoffs, severance pay procedures and labor arbitration resolution were discussed.
