Kyle Freeman Advises Silicon Valley Delegation on Entry into China
On June 29, our Beijing-based International Business Advisory Manager, Kyle Freeman, participated in TechCode’s Path to China program, an initiative organizing projects across countries with strategic partners. Kyle advised TechCode’s Silicon Valley delegation on essential considerations for entry into the Chinese market.
Key Considerations for Market Entry into China
During the presentation, Kyle outlined legal and tax structures which could be considered for foreign investment in China. Kyle went on to advise on how companies can protect intellectual property, including a discussion on how best to enjoy various tax incentives in place for high-tech companies. Kyle spoke alongside Fei Wang from Beijing Overseas Talents Center and Wei Sun from Beijing G&G International Human Capital Group Co. Ltd, who covered high-tech incentives for overseas talents.
