Dezan Shira Welcomes Christmas with Wreaths Supporting Orphans with Special Needs
To welcome the Christmas season, Dezan Shira & Associates’ Shanghai office has decorated its office with beautiful Christmas wreaths in support of the Shanghai Healing Home, an orphanage that provides care for children with special needs. Money raised through selling these wreaths will help cover the orphans’ education, medical, and day-to-day costs.

Throughout the years, Dezan Shira has partnered with multiple organizations to help our community grow and thrive. We have continued to use our full set of resources, skills, and knowledge to make a positive impact on our society.
Dezan Shira has worked with different universities and provided career trainings through lectures and internships for students to help them understand the real business world and improve their competitiveness in the labor market. We have also sponsored several young entrepreneurship projects such as the New Silk Road Project, educating students understanding of the Asia Business market through our real business experience, and fostering connections along China’s Silk Road. Moreover, we have supported different charities by ordering handmade products and office decorations to provide financial support with dignity. As the new year approaches, we look forward to working with and supporting more organizations to create a better world.

Further information on Shanghai Healing Home
The Shanghai Healing Home (SHH) was founded in 2009 and cares for orphans in need of surgery or specialized care. Children arriving at SHH range from just 5 days old to 6 months old and are in need of special care for a range of medical conditions. Since they’ve opened, SHH has cared for more than 150 children, provided 270+ surgeries, and have matched 80+ children with their forever families. Today SHH is home to over 20 children.
