Special Announcement: New Partner, Vivian Mao

We are pleased to introduce our newest partner and equity shareholder, Vivian Mao. Vivian is the second employee to have been appointed as partner and shareholder this year, after the launch of our Employee Ownership Scheme in 2018.

Vivian joined the Shanghai office in July 2015 as senior manager of our legal services team, and went on to become our regional manager in East China. She is also a qualified PRC lawyer and a member of International Bar Association.

With Vivian’s strong legal expertise, business acumen, and communication and leadership skills, under her guidance, the performance of our East China region has improved rapidly. Additionally, Vivian is actively engaging in the development of our new “Asia Overseas Investment” initiative which will prove vital in driving our services to the next level.

We are glad to see Vivian, as a partner, continue to use her experience and contacts to lead the team and drive the firm’s growth in the coming months and years.
