Dezan Shira & Associates’ 20th Birthday Greetings to the Leading Edge Alliance

Dezan Shira & Associates are members of the Leading Edge Alliance (LEA), a global network of advisory firms. The LEA has just turned 20 years old. Here is our thank you video for all their support over the years.

Founded in 1999, LEA Global is the second largest international association in the world, with an alliance of 226 accounting practices including 620 offices in 110 countries.

In 2013, we won the Alliance´s “Most Innovative Practice” – its highest award – as well as the “Recognition of Excellence” award. In 2014, we went on to win the prestigious “Edge Award”, followed by the “Outstanding Marketing Award” two years later in 2016.

At the time of joining the LEA, we had seven offices in China. Belonging to such a powerful alliance allowed us to expand internationally into new markets like India, Vietnam, Singapore, and Indonesia.

A significant factor in our success over the years has been the ability to learn from other firms in the LEA. Fruitful relationships have helped us avoid mistakes, improve our planning, and develop our own set of best practices.
