Partner Spotlight: Dezan Shira & Associates and AmCham China

For several years, Dezan Shira & Associates has been an active member and partner of the American Chamber of Commerce China (AmCham China).  This year we are excited to strengthen our relationship even further with our participation in AmCham China’s Leadership Development Program and contribution to their Member Portal on the Covid-19 Outbreak.

Leadership Development Program

The AmCham China Leadership Development Program is a 10-month program designed to train young professionals as the future leaders of the US-China business community.  Kyle Freeman, Partner at Dezan Shira, was selected to participate in the program last year, and this year Ines Liu, International Business Advisory Assistant Manager, is one of the thirty participants making up AmCham’s class of 2020.

Throughout this program Ines will have the opportunity to enhance her leadership development skills through in-depth seminars, hands on experience with AmCham China’s committees, exposure to top leaders and businessmen in the US-China business community, etc. We are excited to see Ines learn and grow from this opportunity and see her apply those experiences to her work with our clients and partners.

Covid-19 Outbreak Member Portal

In order to keep members and the community informed about the Covid-19 outbreak, AmCham China has launched a dedicated information portal.  Updated regularly with all the essential information relevant to their member companies, AmCham China’s portal is a collection of resources from reliable and dependable sources such as the Center for Disease Control, Department of State, national media outlets, and now Dezan Shira & Associates’ Covid-19 insights portal.

We are proud to be able to contribute to AmCham China’s information portal and strive to keep our clients, partners, and communities informed with the latest developments and updates during this time.
