Managing Partner Alberto Vettoretti Attends the LEA Global World Conference in Sydney, Australia

Oct 30th, 2022, Sydney, Australia – Managing Partner of Dezan Shira & Associates and a member of LEA Global’s Board of Directors, Alberto Vettoretti, attended LEA Global’s World Conference from October 23rd to 26th, 2022.

LEA Global is one of the world’s largest tax and accounting associations with a turnover of over 2.2 billion USD and over 140 professional firms. The LEA Global organization meets several times annually at locations around the world in closed door sessions to share knowledge, deepen relationships and convert ideas into strategic actions.

The theme of 2022 Sydney Conference was Growth, Talent, & Transformation, and centered further upon solutions through leadership, development, and technology.  The three-day event comprised of stimulating keynote discussions, workshops, guest speaker sessions, and exciting social events which succeeded in helping to further engagement, plans and value creation among member firms, to the benefit of their respective stakeholders throughout global business communities.

Day two of the conference was chaired by Alberto, who contributed to the day’s main panel discussion, Achieving Growth Through Advisory. The panel discussed, among other issues, the importance of achieving growth through value creation by developing a focused leadership culture. Alberto commented, “A great practice delivers clients value every day, continually finds opportunities for growth and innovation and employs professionals who are passionate about their work!”
