Giovanni Lovisetti Joins Italian University as Expert of Asian Private Law

In January, 2023, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milano appointed Avv. Giovanni Lovisetti, Senior Associate at Dezan Shira & Associates, as a cultore della materia, or subject expert. Giovanni will serve as a subject expert on private comparative law, with a focus on Asian private law.

As subject expert, Giovanni will be a part of the Examination Commissions and assist students with thesis preparations.

Since 2018, Giovanni has lectured on various aspects of Chinese and Vietnamese law at several Italian universities, sharing the expertise gained from assisting Italian businesses set up and do business in Asia. In 2015, Giovanni earned an L.L.M from Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
