Dezan Shira & Associates Present at ETL GLOBAL Annual Conference in Rome

Rome – Dezan Shira & Associates recently participated in the annual ETL GLOBAL conference in Rome, themed “Achieving Quality Together.” Spanning three days, the event brought together around 270 professionals representing 40 countries.

On the first day, industry experts and leaders from the ETL Global network led targeted sessions covering critical areas such as M&A, global mobility, tax and VAT, intellectual property, transfer pricing, and real estate.

Additionally, communication and marketing teams within the network coordinated strategies for the upcoming year, reinforcing the importance of collaboration to support ETL Global’s growth.

On October 11, the second day of the conference, ETL GLOBAL warmly welcomed new members from Mexico, Chile, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, among other countries, highlighting the network’s expanding global footprint.

The day’s agenda also included insightful discussions on Quality in Communication, Collaboration, Professionalism, and IT & Data Security.

The Quality in Personal Development segment featured the outcomes of the inaugural Future Stars program, which took place in Podivín, Czechia, during the summer. This initiative gathered talented lawyers, tax advisors, and professionals from various member firms within the ETL GLOBAL group.

The program was launched by members of ETL GLOBAL’s cross-selling group: David Jones, Eric Talabardon, Vojtěch Sucharda, Robert Jurka, Anette Holzinger, Juan Bermudez Claveria, and Riccardo Benussi, who represents Dezan Shira & Associates and serves on the network’s Global Board.

As the conference wrapped up, it was announced that dedicated working groups will convene annually while the ETL GLOBAL Conference will now take place every two years.

Following this announcement, attendees headed to Salone delle Fontane for a dinner celebrating the success of yet another conference for the network.
