These should encompass flexible working hours, childcare facilities, gender pay audits, and mandates for women’s representation on company boards.

Concluding her discussion, Naina highlighted the value of targeted mentorship and leadership development programs, which are essential for bridging the gender gap and fostering career advancement. A growing representation of women not only enhances diversity but also brings new perspectives and solutions, which are key to India’s vision of becoming a global tech powerhouse and achieving self-reliance.
